Saint Louis University and the School for Professional Studies are committed to providing scholarship and financial aid programs to make higher education affordable for working adults.
SPS offers several scholarships exclusively for our adult students and you may be eligible to apply.
To determine eligibility for financial assistance, submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) early for maximum consideration. FAFSA forms are available in the University Office of Student Financial Services and online at fafsa.ed.gov.
The School for Professional Studies partners with several national and local organizations to offer their employees reduced tuition rates. Ask your admission counselor if your employer is an educational partner with Saint Louis University.
Saint Louis University also works with EdAssist to provide online training and certifications to more than 120 corporate partners nationwide.
SLU offers special financial arrangements for students whose employers reimburse tuition costs after completion of a course. You must submit documentation indicating your employer's reimburse amount and your eligibility to the Office of Student Financial Services prior to the beginning of each semester this option is to be used. Tuition or fees not paid by employers are due on the regular payment due dates.
Under this option, you are responsible for the full tuition amount, whether or not the reimbursement is received. Additionally, a 1 percent per month finance charge will be assessed on open balances after the deferred payment due date. Payment must be received prior to the deferred deadline to ensure continued eligibility for deferment and prevent late fees and holds on future registration.
To assist with the process, SPS has provided a tuition deferment form to fill out and submit. Direct questions or submit the completed form to Carolyn Merkel at 314-977-2405 or email@example.com.
