Interprofessional Community Practicum Experience (IPE4900)
Description: This is a practicum course using a service learning model in which students apply previous IPE course material in a community health setting to achieve the following goals: 1) demonstrate interprofessional collaboration readiness to address population health, and 2) collaborate with a community health or social services agency to improve health or promote wellness among their target population. / /
